Eric McIntyre was promoted to vice president, Impact. He will oversee the development and implementation of Sterling’s retail planning, pricing, allocation and replenishment processes. Jill Frantz was promoted to vice president, Lending and Credit Compliance. She will continue to be responsible for consumer protection regulations related to Sterling’s private label credit offering. Suzanne Shane was promoted to vice president, Credit Risk, Technology and Financial Management. She is responsible for all credit department budgetary and financial forecasting, portfolio risk assessments and strategy design support for the credit operation including the direction of the new Decision Engine technology.

Steve Loveless joined the Ashland store as packaged goods manager. He comes to Ashland from the Medina River Styx store with 44 years’ experience. Brian Miller will join the Orrville store as packaged goods manager, transferring from Ashland. Jason Hostettler will move to the Medina River Styx store from Orrville as packaged goods manager.
