Paul McCutcheon joined the Civil Division as a licensed professional surveyor. Ryan Berkhouse returns to the company as assistant safety director. He will assist the safety director at all Ruhlin construction projects. Dave Ellenberger was promoted to information technology manager. He will head IT at the Sharon Center office and all job sites.
